Wenlock Bridge just 6 metres upstream from the big tree we tied our wire rope on (protected with sticks around trunk) to locate the raft as it crossed in the strong current in 1989. Loaded raft on north side just to right of big tree.

Get the chuck wagon over there then we have to get the other rigs over the river or starve. No shops up here. Looking at over five tonne there.

Last rig across the Wenlock from our group is our mighty Diahatsu. Other guys on the bank are waiting their turn to use our raft when we leave. Was still there when we returned from the Cape.
